Pierre Lavarague
Entrepreneur and graduated from SKEMA Business School in Financial Markets and Investments, Pierre is an Associate of Hessings & Harcourt. With previous entrepreneurial experiences, he is in charge of the incubator.
Context
When Hessings & Harcourt created its Private Equity department in 2020, it has also created a Venture Capital department. The strategy is simple: target all companies from pre-seed investment to seed investment. Through this strategy, Hessings & Harcourt is not limited anymore in the screening of companies.

INIIAM is an independent management company that supports its clients in readable and relevant investment strategies. François RADACAL founded INIIAM by surrounding himself with experts in asset management.
The investment philosophy is simple: to offer investment products that are exclusively transparent and understandable for our clients.
Through its local investment fund, INIIAM supports SMEs in the French overseas departments and territories. Our local roots are the cornerstone of our activity. Thus, the majority of our employees are based in the French overseas departments and territories and work alongside local businesses on a daily basis.
